Canadian TRV, Super Visa, and eTA applications handled by a Licensed RCIC in Mississauga. Past refusals are our specialty.
Get Free Visitor Visa Assessment →A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is required for nationals of countries that are not visa-exempt to visit Canada for tourism, family visits, business travel, or medical treatment. The application is decided by a visa officer who assesses your ties to your home country, financial situation, travel history, and the purpose and length of your visit.
Our Mississauga-based Licensed RCIC builds visitor visa applications that address the officer's concerns directly — before they become a refusal. For applicants with a previous refusal, we conduct a full analysis of the refusal letter and rebuild the application from scratch.
Single or multiple entry TRV for tourism, family visits, and business travel. We build a complete application package including ties-to-home-country documentation.
Valid for up to 10 years with stays of up to 5 years per entry. Requires Canadian child or grandchild to meet minimum income (MNI) and Canadian health insurance for the visitor.
For visa-exempt nationals travelling to Canada by air. Quick online application — but errors can result in boarding denial. We ensure it is done correctly the first time.
Previously refused applicants are our specialty. We analyze the refusal letter, identify the officer's exact concerns, and rebuild the application to directly address them.
If IRCC sends a PFL requesting additional information or raising concerns, our RCIC drafts a detailed, legally sound response to protect your application.
For complex refusals where the officer made an error in law or fact, we can refer your case to an immigration lawyer for Federal Court judicial review.
The most common reasons are insufficient proof of ties to the home country (property, employment, family), weak financial documentation, a vague or unconvincing purpose of visit, and prior immigration violations. Our RCIC reads your refusal letter and identifies the exact officer concern before rebuilding your application.
Yes — there is no mandatory waiting period after a refusal. However, reapplying with the same documents almost always results in another refusal. A meaningful reapplication addresses the specific reasons for refusal with new or stronger evidence.
The Super Visa allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to visit Canada for up to 5 years per entry, on a visa valid for 10 years. The Canadian child or grandchild must meet the Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) threshold, and the visitor must have Canadian health insurance of at least $100,000.
Processing times vary significantly by country and application volume. For Indian applicants, online applications currently take 4 to 16 weeks. Biometrics are typically required and add some time if not previously provided.
