Licensed RCIC helping Indian and international students get their Canadian study permit — from DLI selection to final approval.
Get Free Study Visa Assessment →A Canadian study permit allows international students to study at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada. It is not a visa — most students also need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter the country. Our Mississauga-based Licensed RCIC handles both in a single application where applicable.
Canada remains one of the top destinations for international students, particularly from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, and the Philippines. With over 3,000 DLIs across the country — including universities, colleges, and vocational institutes — the right school and program choice directly affects your study permit approval and your future PR pathway.
Bachelor's, master's, diploma, and certificate programs at Canadian universities and colleges. We ensure your SOP and financial documents match IRCC's expectations.
Since January 2024, most new study permit applicants need a Provincial Attestation Letter. We track PAL availability by province and advise on timing.
Already in Canada and changing programs or extending your studies? We handle study permit extensions and ensure your status remains valid throughout.
Previous refusal is not the end. Our RCIC identifies the exact reason for refusal, rebuilds your application, and prepares a stronger resubmission.
A Canadian study permit is the beginning of a PR pathway for most international students, not just a way to get a degree. The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) allows graduates of eligible programs to work in Canada for up to 3 years after graduation. That Canadian work experience then qualifies for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under Express Entry — one of the fastest PR pathways available.
Our Licensed RCIC maps your full immigration journey from study permit through PGWP to PR at your very first consultation — so you choose the right program at the right school from the start.
Processing times vary by country. For Indian applicants, online applications currently take 4 to 12 weeks depending on volume. Our RCIC monitors current processing times and advises on the best submission window relative to your program start date.
Since January 22, 2024, most new international students applying from outside Canada need a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from the province where their school is located. Some exemptions apply — graduate students, K-12 students, and certain exchange students. Our RCIC will confirm whether you need one.
Yes. A refusal is not permanent. Our RCIC reviews the refusal letter, identifies the officer's concerns, and rebuilds the application to directly address those issues. Many of our clients successfully received permits after an initial refusal elsewhere.
Yes. As of November 2024, eligible study permit holders can work up to 24 hours per week off campus during academic sessions and full-time during scheduled breaks. Rules change — our RCIC will confirm the current rules at the time of your application.
